What is the lead time?
Anything we do not have in stock usually takes 7 to 15 working days to arrive. Rarely, the challenges with the international air freight might add further delays.
Due to the current semiconductor shortage, if QNAP does not have the unit in their stock either and they need to manufacture then this delivery time can be longer, typically four to six weeks.
What does 'Available on backorder' mean?
The unit will be ordered directly from QNAP for your order.
Where is QNAP Source based?
We are in Lynfield, Auckland.
Can I pick up from your office?
We prefer delivery but can organise a pickup from the warehouse in Albany.
Do you match other retailer's prices?
There are many competitors importing goods on their own, bypassing the official channel. We do not match these parallel imports.
Why does the channel of import matter to me?
QNAP, like all other vendors, recognise the Official channel only. As a result, parallel import can lead to an unpleasant warranty experience.
